Hours

Our labour times start when the technician leaves the previous job site, and finish when they leave your site. This includes time on job for documenting your job.
Any parts and consumables used onsite for your jobs, as well as any delivery fees will be charged to your job. We attempt to have most basic items stocked on our vehicles, however we may not have your parts in stock due to the nature of the day. If specific parts are required to complete your job you will be charged for the time taken to locate these parts.
Unless discussed beforehand, we will not install customer supplied products or materials. If we do, our product guarantee will not apply. Any defective products or materials supplied by the customer are the sole responsibility of the customer. If we are required to return to repair a faulty product this will be charged at normal rates.
All prices include GST. Final quotes may vary depending on site conditions. Quotes also come accompanied with terms and conditions. After-hours & emergency rates apply outside normal hours.
